This family-friendly event will meet a few ghosts but they are mostly friendly and have great stories to tell about Saratoga history. Please keep in mind that we use some dramatic re-enactments, historical facts, and creative storytelling to thrill, entertain, and scare our guests.
The tour takes 1.5 hours and covers less than a mile of easy-paced walking. Tickets are $22 for adults and $10 for children under twelve. Private tours are available.听
Saratoga's Giant PumpkinFest!
September 25, 9 am - 4 pm

The Saratoga Giant PumpkinFest is a FREE family-friendly event. Giant pumpkins begin arriving at 9 a.m. The weigh-off starting at 11 a.m. There is the Saratoga Farmer's Market next door on High Rock Avenue, food vendors, and special exhibits.
Oct 1-30, Fri & Sat nights. Haunting is from Dusk until 10 pm. 1124 Route 29, Schuylerville. Cost: $20
Are you wondering what comes out at night in the corn maze? Stop by and enter our Field of Screams Friday and Saturday nights in October to find out! As you navigate your way thru the corn maze, with just a flashlight, anticipation and fear will build inside of you. There are demons and ghouls around every bend...masked men with chainsaws following behind you, haunted buildings within the maze to pass thru and many more surprises that will make you laugh and cry. The Haunted Maze is a unique experience that will have you coming back year after year.

The Pumpkin Glow & Light Show Drive-Thru at Ellms Family Farm is an enchanting Halloween experience that features a pumpkin wonderland with thousands of hand-carved illuminated jack o鈥檒anterns. Guests will be immersed in the magic from the safety and comfort of their own vehicles. Double M Haunted Hayrides,听678 New York 67听Ballston Spa
The Haunted Hayride weaves through the haunted woods on a tractor-drawn wagon. Your narrator onboard guides the way through the darkness. Around every corner, there's a frightful scene and behind every tree lurks an uninvited guest waiting for you!
After the hayride, your journey continues on foot into Brutality, a post-apocalyptic compound. Next up is The Last Inn, a residence that is known for a disappearing guest or two and a vicious staff. Then enter the twisted Jingle Hell where everyone is on the naughty list. Your final destination is Slaughter Swamp, a dangerous environment straight out of the bayou.

Join Hudson Crossing Park's local history expert and SPOOKStorian Mike B. for this fun fall ride along the Hudson while being regaled by stories of ghosts, cons, and the dark and sordid secrets of Old Saratoga. These spooky, historical, and sometimes hysterical tales of local lore will leave you shaking your head and checking under the bed after your ride on the historic Caldwelle Bell.

听Join Gloria May for "Madness, Murder, Untimely Deaths, and Strange Coincidences" to get in the spooky Halloween spirit by exploring Greenridge Cemetery at dusk while unearthing tales of Saratoga's most notable residents and learning about the American rural cemetery movement. Get dressed up in your Halloween best and come enjoy some family fun at our 3rd Annual Trunk or Treat family event.

Join the globally recognized paranormal experts from听The Haunted Historian听for a one-weekend-only event where you'll join their crew to investigate the claims of paranormal activity taking place behind the guarded walls of this historic fort.
The night will start with a guided tour of the entire property with your guide, and guests will then be allowed to explore and investigate the facility on their own, using equipment they may have chosen to bring and/or the investigative equipment provided by the guide!

The Saratoga Springs Downtown Business Association presents Fall Festivities in downtown Saratoga. Mark your calendar for the 2nd Annual Fall Festivities on October 23-24 and October 30-31, 2021.
Highlights include a costume-friendly Festive Fun Run with iRun Local, the Great Saratoga Pumpkin Hunt, fall festive downtown window decorations, Virtual Ghostly Stories of Saratoga鈥檚 Past, street performers, and more!

The Saratoga Springs History Museum is hosting ghost tours of the Canfield Casino, Saturday, October 23 and Saturday October 30 at 11am, 11:45 am and 12:30 pm.听 Tours will also be held Sunday, October 31 beginning at 5pm with the last tour at 6:20 pm. The Canfield Casino is one of Saratoga Springs鈥 most historic and haunted buildings.听 The Casino was featured on the SYFY Network鈥檚 television show Ghost Hunters听in 2010, and in 2019 was named number 4 in the top 10 of听America鈥檚 Most Terrifying Places听on the Travel Channel.

Show off your carving skills by bringing a jack-o-lantern from home (must be lit with battery-operated candles or glow sticks -听 open flames are NOT allowed) or carve one at the pavilion with a friend. Flashlights are recommended and costumes for ALL ages are highly encouraged! All proceeds to benefit Hudson Crossing Park!
